BIG4 South Durras is just 8 minutes off the highway but feels like a whole world away.

South Durras is the gateway to Murramarang National Park with its unspoilt beaches and home to Durras Lake. The cliffs and headlands on the coast are home to hidden sea caves and sandy beaches.

Durras Beach: Our closest beach just 100 meters from the entrance of our park. A long wide beach that borders Durras Lake. Good for surfing swimming and long walks.

Cookies Beach: The main beach of South Durras and separated from the village by bush reserve. On a fine day the water is sparkling and crystal clear.

Mill Beach: A quite small beach with bush walks close by.

Wobbegong Beach: Slightly difficulty to reach, however, very stunning with its eroded sandstone headland and hidden beach.

Emily Miller Beach: A beautiful secluded beach which is accessible via road or bush track.

Dark Beach: A great beach for exploring and testing your geological skills and knowledge. This beach is set back between two headland and is a combination of dark pebbles and sand.

Myrtle Beach: Access is via an adventurous 600 meter walk from the road. You will then be greeted at the entrance to this beach by the spotted gums.

Richmond Beach: Richmond Beach faces nearly south and is often secluded and protected by a large headland.

Oakey Beach: A wide sandy beach makes this beach very popular for swimming, surfing and bushwalking.

Honeysuckle Beach: A pebbly beach which is slightly remote and rugged.

North Head Beach: This beach faces south and gives great views of Batemans Bay and Tollgate Island.

Now that you’ve seen how many beaches you can explore, it’s time to book your self-contained cabin or caravan/camping site here at BIG4 South Durras Holiday Park.
